Shortcomings in behaviour are often entertained. People are themselves implicity aware of their own behaviour, but have more or less accepted it as a fact.
It is the strenght of a coach to mirror, to give something back to managers of employees that motivates them to analyse the effectiveness of their own behaviour and learn new behaviour by applying it in practice.
Running through the cycle of unconsious incompetence, to consious incompetence, then to consious competence and finally to unconsious competence is a process. In this way shortcomings are translated into observable behavioural changes.
We carry out these and other coaching processess in an honest sometimes confrontational, but always sound manner for our customers.
