Employability

‘Employability’ is a broad term and includes: flexibility; mobility; (learning)competences; employability and career skills. The core issue of ‘employability’ is the competence to work now and in the remainder of the career and requires greater self-power.

It is increasingly important for organizations to work on the ‘employability’ of employees. Because upgrading and shifting of the qualification requirements in many occupations skills in many fields age increasingly. So the need for a company is to develop existing skills so that the position relative to the competition is at least maintained and ideally improved obviously.

The art is to do this in such a way that it will be of added value for both the organization and the individual employee.

We have developed a distinctive method to reach both goals. No breakthrough technology, but back to basics: a conversation in which needs and desires come together, translated into concrete agreements.
