Organizational development

The effectiveness (E) of our actions depends on the one hand on quality (Q) and on the other hand on acceptance (A). This is summarised by the formula E=QxA. Where in many organizations the 'Q' is actually written with a capital letter, in many cases the 'A' needs extra attention.

The 'Q' is related to the content. This can vary from individual issues to organization wide process improvements programmes.

The 'A' on the other hand is far more related to 'soft' aspects such as meaning, positive role model behavior, respect and trust.

Leadership translates itself into the skill of bringing the 'Q' and the 'A' in balance with each other. Saying what you do and doing what you say in combination with a clear vision are important competences that turn a manager into a leader.

At PAMpeople we provide a contribution to these growth processes by working with teams and/or individuals at all levels in the area of people management.

Our basic ingredients consist of common sense, enjoyment and pragmatism, supplemented with specialised knowledge and experience in the areas of business administration and people management.
