Do!


The title 'Do' suggests somewhat that we should hold fewer meetings and get down to action more quickly. This is to a certain extent also the intention. Of course we should analyse, evaluate and then determine what the most appropriate alternative action is based on the available information.

 

However, in practice we regularly come up against situations in which a select delegation from the organization invests a relatively large amount of time in the preparatory phase. Where after the process still stagnates during the implementation phase.

 

Starting as soon as possible with the teams and/or departments involved, making use of the knowledge and experience on the work floor, placing (result) responsibilities deeper in the organization... these are matters in which we at PAMpeople distinguish ourselves.

 

For example, for one customer we have developed a 'bottom-up' talent programme. This involves knowledge development, multidisciplinary collaboration, personal effectiveness and the so called 'beer drinking factor'.

 

This programme has broken down walls, created more understanding and involvement and provided leaders in the execution. So do!
